At ISON Care, as part of the offer of car assistance services, we provide comprehensive assistance in the event of a breakdown or accident of a vehicle in Poland and abroad. The offered assistance service may cover passenger vehicles, trucks, and motorcycles with its protection. The organization of assistance provided by ISON Care as part of the car assistance service may not only concern the repair of the car on site, towing or renting a replacement vehicle, but also other services provided for all travelers.

As part of car assistance, we organize and provide, among others - the following services:

  • improvement of the vehicle at the scene of the incident (start-up, fuel delivery, wheel replacement, etc.)
  • towing the car to a designated repair shop
